Gearbox housing mold
The gearbox is a very important part of the vehicle, which can change the gear ratio and increase the torque and speed of the drive wheel. With the development of modern technology, the gearbox has also been upgraded. From the original manual transmission to the now continuously variable transmission, from the absence of a synchronizer to the presence of a synchronizer, the control is more and more convenient. The performance of the gearbox is the key to measuring the dynamics, economy and drivability of construction machinery.
The automotive transmission housing material is made of cast aluminum from the viewpoint of weight reduction, and adopts a one-piece housing integrated with the upper cover. The advantage is that the concentricity of the front and rear bearing holes of the transmission is easy to ensure, and the assembly and inspection are convenient. The housing is required to have sufficient rigidity to ensure that the shaft and the bearing do not tilt when working, so the ribs should be designed on the housing.
In order to fill and drain the oil, an oil hole and an oil drain hole are provided in the transmission housing. In order to maintain the internal pressure of the transmission, there is a vent plug at the top, the housing is provided with a power output hole, and there is a reverse inspection hole.
